Born in the metropolitan city of Singapore over 40 years ago, I have had the opportunity to be raised with strong Asian heritage while being deeply immersed in international business culture. Since 2008, coaching has helped me discover my strengths and weaknesses in my professional and personal lives. These formative experiences eventually started my journey of being a coach.

Blessed with the privilege of being a Google senior manager for close to 8 years up till Sep 2021, I started coaching on sales and career development in 2015 and most recently, expanded my learnings to Executive Coaching. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning and have been in pursuit of continuous improvement in the areas of Leadership, Coaching and Teamwork with INSEAD and Google training partners.
